How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online with card or mobile wallet, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation message with tracking details. You can also contact our support team anytime for an update on your delivery status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Egypt. Online payments via credit/debit cards and mobile wallets are also available at checkout.
